  • What is different about the 12 month subscription?

    A few things:

    • You get a $10 discount on each box

    • You are sure to guarantee your box each quarter

    The 12 month subscription is a commitment to 4 Premier boxes over the next year. You will be able to cancel anytime after 4 boxes.

  • When do the boxes ship?

    Premier boxes will ship every 3 months. You will receive the Vortex Spotting Scope box within 1-2 weeks!


  • Will I get to see what's in the box?

    Yes! One week before renewals, we will send an email with the contents of the box. This will give you the opportunity to decide if you want the box, or if you will skip that month.


    If you are not a subscriber, you will have the opportunity on the 25th of the month to purchase the box. These will be available for 24 hours. If not purchased within that time, you will have to wait until the next box.


    Being a subscriber guarantees you the box each quarter.

  • When will my card get charged?

    We will charge cards on the 1st of the month. The box will then ship within 10 days from that point.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    The 12 month subscription is an agreement to purchase 12 months of boxes in order to receive the promo free gift. If you request to cancel before the 12 months is up, your most previous charge will be the cancellation fee to pay for the free gift promo. If you would like to receive your last box, you may pay for the free promo as an end to your subscription.
